Lingua Center at Broward College Hosts Open House Featuring Hispanic Heritage Art Exhibit

FORT LAUDERDALE, FL
(September 30, 2013) – Lingua Center at Broward College recently hosted a grand
opening celebration at the Willis Holcombe Center in downtown Fort
Lauderdale. The event included an opening reception featuring “Homage to
Hispanic Colors,” an art exhibit curated by Elizabeth Erazo Baez that included
the work of a group of South Florida artists.
Following the opening reception, guests were invited to tour the new Lingua Center, located in the Reubin O’D Askew Tower, 225 East Las Olas Blvd., Fort Lauderdale. They learned about available resources and services, and met with staff and instructors.
The Lingua Center at Broward College provides language programs that prepares international students to enroll in American higher education institutions, helps executives increase their professional skills and assists individuals in achieving personal growth.
