Sampoerna University, a private higher education institution located in the heart of Indonesia’s capital city, Jakarta is an International Center of Broward College. Broward College is approved by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC) to deliver the Associate of Arts degree in Jakarta. Students who join this program at Sampoerna University will be enrolled in Broward College.

The Broward program in Indonesia was approved by SACSCOC in 2019.  Students who earn the AA degree at Sampoerna University can transfer to Florida colleges and universities without losing any credits. Based on the Florida Articulation Agreement between community colleges and the twelve state universities in Florida, students holding the AA from Broward College, even if earned in Indonesia, will be accepted into one of Florida's twelve state universities.
