Deborah Czubkowski
Vice President of Facilities Management
Deborah Czubkowski is the Vice President of Facilities Management at Broward College. She oversees Planning & Capital Budgets, Real Estate, Design & Construction, Maintenance, and Environmental Health & Safety.
Deborah holds a bachelor’s in construction management, a master’s in project management, and is a Certified General Contractor. Previously, she served as Chief Facilities Officer at Broward County Public Schools, managing planning, design, construction, real estate, demographics, and health and safety.
Before that, she served at Broward College for over 15 years. She progressed from Project Manager to Assistant Vice President of Design and Construction, leading capital projects and crisis management, including the COVID-19 Taskforce.
Outside of work, Deborah is committed to community service and leadership development, serving on the Board of the Florida Educational Facilities Planners Association as Past President and Program Chair.
