FAQs - In-kind Requests

Broward College reviews in-kind donations requests throughout the year. Please note that at least eight weeks of lead-time is required.

As with sponsorship, Broward College will give priority to organizations that align with our three partnership priorities; however, we will base the decision on the type of opportunity being requested.

Your first step is to determine that your request aligns with what Broward College can donate:

Goods: Meeting/auditorium/classroom/retreat space.

If your organization is requesting any of the above examples, you are welcome to fill out the In-kind donation form.

Since at least eight weeks of lead-time is required, all information is needed to review the application.

All in-kind donation requests must be submitted through the in-kind donation application form.

All requested information is required to evaluate an application. Incomplete applications cannot be considered.

Broward College reviews in-kind donations requests throughout the year. Please note that at least eight weeks of lead-time is required. Once the request is submitted, it will then be reviewed the Broward College sponsorship committee for approval.

An e-mail will be sent to confirm receipt of your application. Please make certain we have the correct contact information when submitting the in-kind donation request form. Based on staffing, we are not able to respond to calls for status checks.

An e-mail will be sent to the designated charity contact if a request can or cannot be supported.

In-kind donations are funded based on the type of opportunity there is with the organization and the impact it will have.
