Effective July 1, 2013, the Department of Safety, Security, and Emergency Preparedness (SSEP) underwent a restructuring. This move included uniting all campus safety personnel under the Associate Vice President of Safety, Security, and Emergency Preparedness. This move provided a one-college approach to delivering safety and security services and ensured the standardization of these services. The Department of Safety, Security, and Emergency Preparedness has remained an integral part of Broward College's dedication to developing and maintaining a safe and secure environment to make your time at Broward College as safe and enjoyable as possible.
