Where’s My Print Job?
It may take a few minutes for your job to get to the printer, depending on what you are printing and how busy the network happens to be. If you don’t see your job right away, wait a little while and try again.
What if my print job is very large?
There currently is a 100 page limit to each print job that you send.
I forgot my Release code number:
Each of your print jobs is given a unique “Release Code”. You only need this number if you are having a problem and need technical help. To retrieve your print job, use the information you entered in the "Your Name" box.
