Broward College is committed to creating a safe educational environment for all students, faculty, and staff. Sexual misconduct of any kind, including, but not limited to, sexual violence, domestic violence, dating violence, stalking, sexual harassment, or retaliation for reporting such offenses, will not be tolerated.
Through the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE), you may obtain a list of sexual offenders and predators registered as enrolled, employed, or volunteering at Broward College.
In accordance with the Federal Stop Campus Hazing Act (S.2901, H.R. 5646; Public Law No. 118-173), Broward College is committed to transparency and accountability in addressing hazing misconduct as defined under Section 1006.63, Florida Statutes.
